Distribution Management System App
Distribution management app with interactive map modules — visualizing thousands of retail outlets and warehouses, tracking sales staff movement history, and researching KNN clustering for AI-powered warehouse placement optimization.
VisionLand
Built a scalable real estate listing platform with hierarchical user roles and multi-level referral commission tracking.
Kho Xuong Duc Hoa
Developed the entire UI of the Real Estate Info application. Used REST API to implement various features of the application. Applied Clean Architecture and managed state using GetX.
Drop Ceiling
Material calculation and simulation app for drop ceiling installation. Helps contractors and installation teams calculate material quantities, visualize the ceiling frame before construction, and generate quotes quickly.
PubMed Research Paper
n8n automation workflow that searches PubMed for research papers by topic, deduplicates results by PMID, and delivers a personalized Google Sheet to each user via Gmail. Designed for medical and pharmacy students.
